Job summary

The University of Pennsylvania's CHOP Division of Hematology seeks an Assistant Professor on the Academic Clinician Track in the Department of Pediatrics for the Perelman School of Medicine. Applicants must hold an MD, DO, or MD/PhD; board certification or eligibility in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine and Hematology is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have an MD, DO, or MD/PhD or equivalent degree.
• Board certified or eligible in Pediatrics or Internal Medicine and Hematology strongly preferred.
• Teaching responsibilities with medical students, residents, fellows and APPs.
• Clinical care for non-malignant hematologic disorders, in- and out-patient.

Responsibilities

• Teach medical students, residents, fellows and APPs.
• Provide clinical care for non-malignant hematologic disorders in- and outpatient settings.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate on clinical or translational research when possible.
