The American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is seeking a Research Manager to lead development, management and oversight of evidence review for clinical guidance documents. The role guides authors and staff on evidence-analysis methods and ensures accurate representation of scientific evidence in recommendations.

The position supports a hybrid work model and requires commuting to the Washington, D.C. office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred in epidemiology or public health.
• Minimum 5 years in evidence-based clinical guideline development.
• Experience with medical databases and evaluation software.

Responsibilities

• Guide authors and committees on evidence analysis processes and guidelines.
• Develop PICOs and structured clinical review topics.
• Oversee literature searches and inclusion/exclusion criteria.
• Ensure content validity and currentness of manuscripts.
• Provide QA for evidence analysis and methodology training.
