Job summary

Tufts Medical Center in Boston, MA seeks a licensed MD/DO Clinical Geneticist to join the Division of Genetics. This full-time role includes inpatient NICU genetics consults and outpatient clinics in cancer, pediatric, and adult genetics.

The successful candidate will have ABMG status or certification, be eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure, and contribute to education of genetics trainees while collaborating across Tufts Medicine's network.

Tufts Medical Center is accepting applications for a full-time Clinical Geneticist in the Division of Genetics. We are seeking an MD/DO with ABMG active candidate status or certification as a Clinical Geneticist.

As Tufts Medicine continues to expand its cancer, neurosciences, cardiovascular, and transplant service lines, genetics plays an increasingly integral role in delivering comprehensive, multidisciplinary care. We are actively broadening our genetics services across the entire Tufts Medicine system, creating exciting opportunities to help shape and grow a regional genetics program.

Our Cancer Genetics Clinic serves as the primary referral center for four regional cancer centers, while our General and Pediatric Genetics Clinics provide specialized care for patients across the Tufts Medicine network. This integrated health system includes Tufts Medical Center, two full-service community hospitals, and a network of more than 2,000 physicians serving communities from Cape Cod to the New Hampshire border.

Compensation:

The salary range for this position $200,000 to $225,124 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, relevant experience, education, internal equity, and academic rank.
