Job summary

BD seeks a Clinical Field Specialist to educate and support Advanced Patient Monitoring products across ICU, OR, and acute care areas. The role involves intra-operative coverage, coordinating ad hoc trainings, and in-service education to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The candidate should have 3+ years of acute care clinical experience, nursing or clinical field education background, and strong cardiovascular knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience in an acute care environment.
• Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Nursing or clinical field.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology.

Responsibilities

• Educate on products within the Advanced Patient Monitoring portfolio through intra-operative case coverage.
• Coordinate one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service education programs in ICU, OR, and acute care areas.
• Provide physicians and staff with clinical instructions to ensure continuity of education and technical support across care continuum.
• Validate software and hardware updates in the field and collaborate with sales reps to implement strategic plans in the territory.
