Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) invites recent or soon-to-be graduates to join as a Clinical Fellow in school-based settings. You’ll be paired with a dedicated SLP supervisor and receive weekly supervision, mentorship, and hands-on support to grow your clinical skills.

The CF experience emphasizes collaboration with families and educators, ASHA CF progress, licensure support, and a clear pathway toward independent practice while building confidence and a strong professional foundation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Eligibility to begin Clinical Fellowship through ASHA.
• Active or pending licensure in the state(s) where you plan to work; our team will assist with licensure.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech and language therapy sessions to school-aged children.
• Assist with supervision and evaluation reports under supervision.
• Engage with families, educators, and professionals to support student goals.
• Participate in supervision and professional development opportunities.
• Document SOAP notes and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
• Coordinate weekly schedule to maintain a minimum of 25 billable hours.
• Progress through ASHA CF requirements toward licensure.
