The Stepping Stones Group, LLC is seeking Speech-Language Pathology Clinical Fellows to join our nationwide team in a school-based setting. You will help students overcome communication challenges, develop new skills, and build confidence while receiving mentorship to launch your career.

As a Clinical Fellow, you’ll work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary professionals to support student success and grow your clinical expertise in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent is required.
• Enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for helping students succeed.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to connect with students, families, and educators.

Responsibilities

• Help students overcome communication challenges and develop new skills.
• Build confidence in students and support their progress in a school-based setting.
• Receive mentorship and guidance to launch a successful clinical career as a CF-SLP.
