Job summary

Abbott EP is seeking a Clinical Associate to provide clinical and technical support in hospital settings, collaborating with physicians and hospital staff to support the diagnosis and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias.

You will gain foundational EP knowledge through a structured training program and work with a high-functioning team to deliver patient care, while building credibility with customers and applying product expertise across Abbott EP systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to satisfy vendor credentialing requirements, which may include vaccination for COVID-19.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and technical support in response to field inquiries from physicians and health care professionals; identify and use best practices to execute processes.
• Provide regional EP procedural case coverage in an Electrophysiology lab and/or operating room setting.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Abbott EP business.
• Demonstrate a thorough command of all EP products, including technical details, software utilization, and capabilities.
• Provide engineering, sales, education, and clinical support on the safe and effective use of Abbott EP products, including cardiac mapping, diagnostic, and therapy systems.
• Travel occasionally to support in-person instruction and live procedure coverage.
