Job summary

RevSpring in Boston seeks a Clinical Enablement Manager who configures our platform for health system and health plan clients, applying clinical judgment to taxonomy, data loading, and health outcomes.

You will lead clinical workstreams, coordinate cross-functional teams, perform clinical health assessments, and serve as a clinical liaison to product and engineering, including safety reviews for AI features.

A clinical license and the ability to work independently are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Active clinical license required; RN strongly preferred; APRN/PA/CNM candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Own configuration and governance of clinical taxonomy for health systems and health plans.
• Lead clinical workstreams in implementations for health systems, hospitals, and health plans; provide clinical guidance to client conversations.
• Perform Clinical Health Assessments (CHAs) for strategic clients and track quality trends over time.
• Participate in Clinical Library governance and ensure taxonomy reflects current literature.
• Serve as clinical expert to product and engineering teams, including AI safety and data source review.
