Job summary

Retractable Technologies, Inc. seeks a Clinical Educator to travel the DMV and educate medical staff on the safety advantages of our products. This role blends clinical knowledge with engaging presentations to build trust and drive adoption.

Represent RTI at conventions, lead product demonstrations, and support hospitals in implementing our solutions. Some evenings and weekends are required, with travel to cover a broad territory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; some college or medical training preferred.
• RN/LPN degrees are preferred for this role.
• Experience in healthcare or customer service is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Promote RTI products by educating medical staff and convention attendees.
• Represent RTI at conventions and trade shows with engaging demonstrations.
• Educate clinicians on the benefits and safe use of RTI products.
• Manage a broad territory with substantial travel; some evenings/weekends.
• Build lasting relationships with customers and healthcare professionals.

What You’ll Do:

• Promote our products as if you built them yourself.
• Leave a lasting impression while representing our company at conventions and trade shows.
• Educate medical staff on the benefits of our products.
• Oversee extensive territory, not always in state.
• Work the occasional evenings and weekends.

What You Have:

• A high school or GED required with some college or medical training, but RN/LPN degree(s) preferred.
• Experience in Customer Service and/or Healthcare preferred.
• A passion for travel whenever and wherever you are needed, 75% or more while working.
• A desire to make lasting connections wherever you go.
