As a member of the Patient Care Services management team, the RN Clinical Educator coordinates and conducts educational activities designed to advance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of clinical staff. This role supports onboarding, competency assessment, continuing education, simulation learning, and professional development initiatives. This position will have a primary clinical focus in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU), partnering closely with nursing leadership and frontline staff to support evidence-based practice, competency development, orientation programs, and specialty education for critically ill patient populations. The RN Clinical Development Educator collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to promote excellence in patient care, professional growth, and nursing practice.
