The role focuses on advancing clinical practice and ensuring high-quality perioperative care within a collaborative environment. The position will involve coordinating education initiatives at multiple facilities including Arlington Memorial, HEB, Denton and Alliance regions, promoting strong teamwork and professional growth for nursing staff
