Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to lead clinical education across the hospital system. This role develops and delivers education programs, orientation, internships, in-services, and computer-based learning modules to staff.

The candidate must hold Georgia RN licensure, a BSN, CPR certification, and have several years of clinical and critical care experience depending on the position. Work hours are 7a–3p, with no weekend or on-call requirements.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Georgia in good standing.
• Bachelor's in Nursing from an accredited school.
• Three (3) years' experience in clinical area.
• Certified in CPR.

• Develop and provide system-wide clinical education programs.

Responsibilities

Serves as a role model of excellence in nursing knowledge and clinical practice. Develop and provide clinical educational programs across Northside Hospital System based on identified need in a cost effective manner. Scope of responsibility includes system wide clinical education programs, orientation, internships, in-services, and computer based learning modules.

Qualifications

REQUIRED

• Licensed as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia in good standing without limitations.
• Bachelors in Nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
• Three (3) years' experience in clinical area.
• Certified in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in Critical Care (for Critical Care Position)

PREFERRED

• Certification in Nursing Specialty
