Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field and Master's degree in a related field.
OH License in clinical discipline.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing; Minimum 2 years' experience in related job discipline.

Responsibilities

Analysis — Collaborates and analyzes educational needs of individuals or groups at point of care and develops data collection methods.
Design and Outcomes — Leads departmental educational initiatives and applies the ADDIE model to achieve learning goals.
Consultation and Implementation — Provides feedback to influence learning plan implementation and removes barriers to learning.
Evaluation — Designs and ensures evaluation of education activities and progress toward outcomes.
Professional Development — Maintains clinical knowledge and evaluates practice against standards and regulations.
