Job summary

Parker Jewish Institute for Health Care and Rehabilitation in New Hyde Park, NY seeks a Quality & Education Manager to lead the quality program for CHHA and Hospice services. The role combines clinical leadership with regulatory oversight to drive performance improvement and staff education.

You will partner with nursing and clinical teams to ensure compliance with CHHA/Hospice standards, develop education initiatives, and monitor outcomes to sustain Parker's high quality of care.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant preferred.
• BSN or higher nursing degree required.
• Experience in CHHA or Hospice settings.
• Prior supervisory, QA or education experience preferred.
• Strong computer skills including EMR, report generation and Excel.
• Willingness to travel for home visits.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical and administrative oversight of Parker's quality program.
