Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field is required.
• 5+ years in medical education or related roles within biotech or medical device industry, wound care focus.
• Strong project management and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of medical device regulations, compliance requirements, and industry guidelines.
• Familiarity with clinical research processes.
• Proficiency in data analysis and scientific documentation.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical expertise and support to field sales teams.
• Assist in training sales personnel on product knowledge, clinical applications, and evidence-based practices related to Kerecis products.
• Conduct product demonstrations and educate healthcare professionals on the benefits and usage of our medical devices.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.
• Recruit and cultivate KOLs and healthcare professionals to support external educational initiatives and clinical research programs.
• Lead development and execution of external medical education programs, creating materials and training modules.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and clinical affairs to align medical education initiatives.
• Ensure activities comply with U.S. laws, regulations, and industry standards; assist with regulatory documents.
• Digest clinical research and communicate insights to internal and external stakeholders; prepare reports and presentations.
• 75-80% anticipated travel.
