Job summary

Judson Smart Living in Ohio seeks a Clinical Professional Development Specialist to lead the training and development of all associates across facilities. This full-time role reports to the VP, Health Services and focuses on creating programs that improve clinical competencies and ongoing growth aligned with Judson’s values.

The position requires RN licensure in Ohio, 3+ years in a clinical setting, and experience in staff development or education within healthcare.

Qualifications

• Must have an active, unencumbered RN license in Ohio.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical experience.
• Preferred 1+ year in staff development/education in healthcare.
• Excellent communication, presentation and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel to Judson campuses.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, evaluate and instruct training programs for associates.
• Survey and identify educational opportunities across facilities.
• Maintain and oversee onboarding programs for new hires.
• Lead clinical orientation and collaborate with the clinical team.
• Demonstrate proficiency with electronic medical records to support training.
• Contribute to corporate compliance and program effectiveness.
