Job summary

Preferred Home Health Care & Nursing Services is seeking a Supervisor to lead the CDI team under the CDI Manager, leveraging advanced CDI expertise and strong leadership to drive documentation quality.

The role focuses on supervising daily operations, planning and implementing the Clinical Documentation Management Program, and promoting clinical documentation excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required; MSN preferred; four (4) years of professional nursing experience may substitute for the degree.
• Five (5) years of CDI experience, including CDI quality improvement projects.
• Experience in training is preferred.
• Valid RN license in the state or international equivalent; CCDS or CDIP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities
