CVS Health is seeking a Clinical Informatics Specialist to serve as the personal data assistant to providers during patient visits in CVS Health centres. The CIS will be an expert in structured clinical assessments, accurate documentation, and population health workflows, enabling efficient and high-quality patient care.

The role requires 40 hours per week, full-time employment, and compliance with HIPAA. Fluency in Spanish, Polish, Russian, or other relevant languages is desired to serve

Qualifications

• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Willingness to learn clinical informatics and medical concepts.
• Typing speed of 70+ words per minute.

Responsibilities

• Observing and recording patient encounters/examinations.
• Documenting patient information, history, and diagnoses.
• Assisting in medical management and documenting decisions.
• Consulting with care team and other providers on patient needs.
