Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and accurate physician documentation in the medical record through concurrent chart review.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, and HIM coders to ensure quality coding.
• Educate care teams on proper clinical documentation using approved guidelines.
