Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must obtain and maintain a current BLS certification.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in documentation of healthcare records during patient encounters.
• Review AI-generated documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Prepare documentation for provider review and signature.
• Enter orders for lab, imaging, medications and prescriptions.
• Document lab results and provider interpretations in the EMR.
• Assist with discharge workflows and patient communications.
• Support patient flow and reduce door-to-discharge times.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to improve efficiency and patient experience.
