Job summary

Michigan Psychological Care is actively seeking a fully licensed psychologist to join our warm, supportive outpatient team in Howell, Michigan. You will have the freedom to design a full-time schedule in a turnkey practice with dedicated front desk, full billing support, and employer-paid malpractice coverage.

We offer W-2 employment with a high revenue split, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have a doctorate level mental health license in Michigan.
• Must meet best practices and benchmarks for continued treatment and revenue production for psychotherapists in the area.
• Must have computer skills to complete electronic medical records and treatment plans.
• Excellent clinical skills and ability to treat all DSM-5 mental health disorders with proven therapy techniques.
• Perform intake, administer, and provide feedback of neuropsychological and psychological testing batteries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Candidate MUST have a doctorate level mental health license in the State of Michigan.
• Candidate must meet best practices and benchmarks for continued treatment and revenue production for psychotherapists in our geographic area.
• Must have computer skills competent enough to complete electronic medical records and treatment plans.
• Candidate must have excellent clinical skills and be able to treat all DSM 5 mental health disorders in a manner consistent with ethical and proven therapy techniques.
• Perform intake, administer, and provide feedback of neuropsychological and psychological testing batteries.
• Perform supervision over limited licensed staff.
• Responsible for signing off on Master's level psychological evaluations.
• Reporting of KPIs, maintaining a positive workplace culture and environment.
