Required: MD or DO, board certification in a medical specialty, Wisconsin license and DEA license; 5–10 years of ambulatory clinical experience and 3–5 years of leadership, with prior work in a Federally Qualified Health

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university with residency.
• Board certified in Medical Specialty. Wisconsin licensure and DEA license preferred.
• Five to ten years of clinical experience including ambulatory care.
• Three to five years of leadership experience.
• Prior work in an Federally Qualified Health Center with a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical quality and clinical outcomes for the medical service line.
• Provider oversight and advancing programming.
• Contribute to budget discussions and focus on service.
• Improve quality and reduce health disparities.
• Provide preventive and chronic disease services as an active clinician.
