Metro PT is seeking a motivated Clinical Director to support our Boerum Hill clinic. If you’re an experienced Physical Therapist ready to take the next step forward in leadership, we want to hear from you!

Our clinics boast a well-trained support staff, a state-of-the-art space and equipment, and a growing, innovative team. You will lead clinical and financial operations, mentor staff, and build strong community relationships.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in New York (NY PT License).
• 3+ years of outpatient experience as a licensed PT.
• Mandatory certifications: First Aid, AED, CPR.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical and financial operations of the clinic, meeting or exceeding metrics.
• Mentor and coach staff clinicians and non-clinical teammates.
• Develop plans of care based on evidence-based practices and coordinate with referral sources.
