Job summary

FlexStaff is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to advance to Clinical Director at a client’s orthopedic and sports manual therapy clinic in New York.

The role focuses on leading clinical and financial operations, mentoring staff, building referral networks, and driving growth through collaboration with marketing. You will develop evidence-based care plans and ensure timely documentation and communication.

Qualifications

• Must hold New York State Physical Therapist license.
• First Aid, AED, and CPR certifications required.
• Clinical leadership or director-level experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinic's clinical and financial operations, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Mentor and coach both clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Build strong relationships with the community, patients, and referral sources.
• Drive clinic growth through marketing initiatives in collaboration with the sales and marketing teams.
• Create customized care plans based on the latest evidence-based practices and treatments.
• Maintain timely communication with referral sources.
• Oversee patient and staff schedules to ensure efficient care delivery.
• Complete daily patient care documentation, including progress and discharge notes, promptly.
• Set and pursue professional goals for personal and career development.

Position Details
