Qualifications

• RN license in Tennessee (Board of Nursing) required.
• BLS certification required (American Heart Association).
• 3–5 years of acute care leadership experience.
• Master's degree preferred.

As a Clinical Director-Pediatric CVICU, you provide strategic and operational leadership for assigned departments and/or units, ensuring excellence in 24/7 clinical care delivery. This role is responsible for guiding and developing Associates, optimizing resource utilization, and fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. The Clinical Director plays a key role in advancing the organization's goals related to patient outcomes, service excellence, and financial performance. • Monitors financial performance, analyzes variances, and implements corrective actions to meet fiscal targets.
• Utilizes data from financial and clinical systems to inform strategic growth and service development.
• Maintains regulatory and accreditation readiness across all service areas.
• Proactively identifies and addresses environmental and equipment needs to support safe, efficient patient care.
• Leads implementation of new technologies and operational projects to enhance care delivery and efficiency.
• Serves as a role model for nursing professionalism, ethics, and clinical excellence.
• Pursues advanced certifications and participates in professional organizations at local and regional levels.
• Champions evidence-based practice and fosters a culture of lifelong learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree, Master's Preferred.
• 3-5 years of Acute care leadership experience.
• Required - Registered Nurse Tennessee - Tennessee Board of Nursing
• Required - BASIC LIFE SUPPORT - American Heart Association
• Preferred - Nursing Administration board certification or National certification in the clinical specialty.
