Job summary

AHL Healthcare Group in Duluth, MN is seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional to oversee clinical supervision and the delivery of Mental Health and Positive Support Services. This role includes directing treatment plans, conducting assessments, and ensuring DHS standards are met across all documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Mental Health Professional license or eligibility with a Master's degree.
• Experience ensuring DHS standards and licensure compliance.
• Strong ability to supervise staff and coordinate treatment services.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical supervision and oversight to employees delivering Mental Health and Positive Support Services.
• Oversee and approve Individual Treatment Plans, functional assessments, and admission documents to ensure person-centered care.
• Review daily documentation to ensure DHS standards are met and coordinate with nurses on medical components.
• Lead team meetings and supervise/direct staff in delivering services aligned to client needs.
