Reporting to the COO, you will oversee clinical operations, provide expert consultation to the team, manage intake and census, and ensure timely, accurate documentation across all cases. You will develop staff, onboard and offboard personnel, and drive program growth while maintaining compliance with district and Medicaid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional required.
• Experience leading clinical teams preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (DC DoBH/Medicaid).
• Ability to develop policies and procedures in a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise clinical operations for the program.
• Provide clinical consultation and staff training.
• Oversee intake, admissions, census, and discharges with real-time documentation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and facility policies.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and case management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding and staff development.
