Job summary

Seasons Psychotherapy Associates, a clinician-centered outpatient mental health group with four Florida offices, seeks a Clinical Director for the Tampa office. You will provide clinical leadership, mentor clinicians, carry a sustainable caseload, and partner with ownership on growth — all within a salaried, benefit-rich environment.

You will supervise interns and clinicians, sustain high-quality care, and guide day-to-day operations with CEO support and operational backing.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW.
• Current Florida QS designation in clinical social work.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or related field.
• 8+ years of outpatient clinical experience with strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership for the Tampa office with a sustainable caseload.
• Serve as Qualified Supervisor for interns and clinicians.
• Mentor the Tampa clinical team through consultation and professional development.
• Manage day-to-day office operations, scheduling, space utilization, and vendor coordination.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians as the office grows.
• Uphold documentation, ethics, and clinical quality across the team.

The Role

This is a hands-on leadership position for an experienced clinician who wants to continue doing excellent clinical work while stepping into real ownership of a thriving office. You'll serve as the clinical anchor for the Tampa team, act as a Qualified Supervisor, and partner with ownership to support growth — all with mentorship from our CEO and operational support behind you.

It's meaningful leadership without the isolation or chaos of running a solo practice.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy with a sustainable personal caseload (approximately 15 sessions per week).
• Serve as Qualified Supervisor for registered interns and associate clinicians, delivering consistent individual and group supervision.
• Mentor and support the Tampa clinical team through consultation, professional development, and culture-building.
• Own day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, space utilization, vendor coordination, compliance, and maintaining a professional, welcoming environment.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new clinicians as the office continues to grow.
• Uphold excellent documentation, ethical standards, and clinical quality across the team.
• Partner with leadership on office performance, growth strategies, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

• Active, unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW
• Current Florida Board–approved Qualified Supervisor (QS) designation in clinical social work.
• Master's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, marriage & family therapy, or a related field.
• 8+ years of outpatient clinical experience, with strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred

• Prior clinical supervision or leadership experience.
• Experience working with diverse populations (children, teens, adults, couples, families).
• Passion for mentoring, team development, and building a supportive clinical culture.

Compensation & Benefits (True W-2 Salaried Position)

• Base Salary: $78,000 – $82,000 per year (DOE), plus bonus potential.
• Paid Time Off: Up to 13 days in year one + 11 paid federal holidays; increases to 26 days annually thereafter.
• Benefits: Employer-subsidized medical plan, plus 100% employer-paid dental, vision, short-term disability, and life/AD&D coverage. 401(k) with employer match.
