The role requires a Master's degree in a related field, five years of supervisory experience in hospital or residential settings, and licensure to practice in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT).

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure necessary to practice as Clinical Director in Louisiana (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
