Galliant is seeking a Clinical Director in the United States to lead neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based ABA and mentor a team of BCBAs and clinical staff. The role emphasizes clinical excellence, mentorship, and leadership growth within a supportive organizational structure.

Qualifications

• Must hold BCBA certification and be in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.
• Foster a collaborative culture with staff retention, mentorship, and professional growth initiatives.
• Oversee clinical quality to ensure assent-based, compassionate and individualized interventions.
• Provide supervision and training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes.
• Drive operational success with leadership on clinic goals, hiring, and resource allocation.
• Engage with families and stakeholders to build strong continuity of care.
• Analyze clinical and performance data to refine programs and improve outcomes.

Your Role as Clinical Director:

• Lead & Support a team of BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff to ensure excellence in ABA services.

• Foster a Collaborative Culture by implementing initiatives that promote staff retention, mentorship, and professional growth.

• Oversee Clinical Quality by ensuring interventions are assent-based, compassionate, and individualized to each client.

• Provide Supervision & Training to develop BCBA and RBT skillsets and improve client outcomes.

• Drive Operational Success by collaborating with leadership on clinic-wide goals, hiring, and resource allocation.
