Bierman Autism Centers is seeking a Clinical Director in New Jersey to lead our center’s clinical operations and mentor BCBAs. This role emphasizes delivering high-quality ABA care, guiding families through onboarding, and ensuring positive outcomes for children aged 2–9.
You will collaborate with the Practice Manager to foster a fun, results-driven culture while overseeing tours, assessments, and program development. This role is full-time and center-based.

You’ll dive into case reviews, support BCBAs with real-time problem solving, and fuel professional growth through modeling, training, and meaningful feedback. You’ll also guide families through their very first steps with us by overseeing tours, assessments, and the onboarding process for new learners. And because client success is our north star, you’ll help drive progress using our clinical outcome metrics while keeping creativity, compassion, and play at the center of everything we do.
In partnership with your Practice Manager, you’ll help shape a fun, positive, team-first culture where celebrating wins big and small is part of the everyday rhythm.
