Jobot is seeking an experienced Clinical Director / BCBA to lead a center-based ABA program in Stockbridge, GA. The role focuses on mentorship, high-quality care, and building a collaborative team culture within the largest ABA provider in Georgia.

You will lead BCBAs and clinical staff, oversee client outcomes, and partner with families to ensure excellent treatment. Strong leadership and a BCBA certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification required.
• 3+ years of BCBA experience, including center-based work.
• Strong leadership and clinical skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
