Job summary

Texas ABA Centers is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) in Plano, TX to oversee daily clinical operations at a single clinic site. You will supervise BCBAs and RBTs, ensure high-quality ABA services, and facilitate communication across the team.

This role requires BCBA certification and TX licensure, with a preference for 5 years in the ABA field. You will lead program implementation, oversee treatment plans, and support the ABA Academy with data analysis and training.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Texas licensure is required.
• 5+ years of ABA field experience preferred.
• Must maintain a clean background and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal/written feedback to staff regarding clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for new clients in the region.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Support the ABA Academy training program by analyzing IOA and treatment integrity data.
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients.

What You'll Do

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality

• Give direct verbal/written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation, including modeling
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for clients admitted into the region as needed
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.)
• Make monthly check-in phone calls with families
• Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• Texas State Licensure
• 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
