Job summary

ABA Centers of Pennsylvania in Langhorne, PA seeks a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations of a single clinic location delivering ABA therapy. You’ll lead BCBAs and RBTs, supervise treatment plans, and ensure high-quality client care.

The role involves supervising staff, guiding clinical implementation, conducting assessments when needed, and traveling for oversight and high-risk cases, with emphasis on maintaining compliance and fostering clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• 5 years of ABA field experience preferred.
• Background/drug screenings and driving record must be clean.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal and written feedback to staff regarding clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for clients admitted into the region as needed.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.).
• Make monthly check-in calls with families.
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients.

What You’ll Do

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality

• Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients

Requirements

• BCBA certification
• 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
