Job summary

Texas ABA Centers is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) in Austin, TX to oversee daily clinical operations and ensure high-quality ABA therapy across BCBAs and RBTs. The role emphasizes strong leadership, staff development, and collaboration with families to support children and their progress.

The position requires BCBA certification and Texas licensure, with a focus on program quality, data-driven practice, and ongoing staff training.

Qualifications

  • BCBA certification and Texas licensure required/unrestricted as applicable.
  • Experience supervising BCBAs and RBTs in an ABA setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and data-driven decision making essential.

Responsibilities

  • Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
  • Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans.
  • Provide direct feedback and modeling to staff on clinical implementations.
  • Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for new clients in the region as needed.
  • Support extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessments).
  • Make monthly check-in calls with families.
  • Analyze IOA and treatment integrity data to support training programs.
  • Travel for assessments and oversight of the clinical team.

What You\'ll Do

Requirements

Requirements

  • BCBA certification
  • Texas State Licensure
  • 5 years of experience in the ABA field (preferred)
  • Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record
