Qualifications

• Master's degree required in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical leadership experience in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Strong knowledge of Clinical Coverage Policies, ethics, and regulatory standards.
• Expertise in Clinical Supervision and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in outpatient mental health and substance use treatment settings.
• Excellent strategic planning, mentorship, and organizational management skills.

SHYAS Health is a comprehensive mental health and substance use treatment facility specializing in Addiction and Trauma. SHYAS provides mental health, substance use, and trauma specific outpatient treatment programs. SHYAS provides SACOT services to the SHYAS CARES Residential Recovery Supports program participants.

Role Description

The Clinical Director provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership across all SHYAS Health programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality behavioral health and substance use services aligned with the organization’s mission.

This role is responsible for overseeing clinical operations, maintaining compliance with regulatory and licensing standards, and supporting the development and growth of programs and services. The Clinical Director leads and mentors clinical staff, fosters collaboration across multidisciplinary teams, and ensures strong systems, processes, and accountability within the organization.

The position plays a key role in driving program effectiveness, strengthening service delivery, and supporting continuous improvement across all areas of care.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.


• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical leadership within behavioral health and substance use treatment.
