Rite of Passage is seeking a Clinical Director for Joann Bridges Academy in Greenville, FL. You will assess student mental health needs, supervise therapists across individual, group, and family sessions, and monitor students with mental illness or on psychotropic medications.

$87,999.96/Annually– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%)

Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

• Master's degree in social work, or human services, with four years related experience on residential facility management.
• Must possess a current Florida License - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC along with CACIII.
