Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess student mental health needs and supervise individual, group and family therapy.
• Monitor students with mental illness and those on psychotropic medications.
• Oversee staff and activities within the residential facility to ensure safe, therapeutic care.

$87,999.96/Annually– Performance Based Compensation reviews are conducted annually (2%,4%, or 6%).

Primarily responsible for assessing student mental health needs, supervising the activities and staff that provide individual, group and family therapy, and monitoring students with mental illness and/or receiving psychotropic medications.

• Master's degree in social work, or human services, with four years related experience on residential facility management.
• Must possess a current Florida License - LCSW, LMFT, or LPC along with CACIII.
