Job summary

ERC Pathlight in Colorado is seeking a Clinical Director to supervise clinical managers and staff, ensuring high-quality care and patient satisfaction. You will help drive site growth, collaborate with marketing and operations, and manage fiscal responsibilities.

The role requires a graduate degree in a mental health field, 5+ years in mood/eating disorders, and 3-5 years of leadership. Proficiency in MS Office and compliance with HIPAA/Joint Commission are essential.

Qualifications

  • Graduate degree in a mental health field is required.
  • Colorado license to practice clinical services if applicable.
  • 5+ years working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders or trauma.
  • Experience with eating disorders at an ED location is preferred.
  • 3-5 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong understanding of clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Supervisory experience in a Colorado RCCF setting may require additional qualifications.
  • Candidates must meet age and supervision requirements where applicable.

  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission standards.
  • Collaborate with Executive Management to ensure service quality.

What You’ll Be Doing

The Clinical Director will supervise and provide leadership to clinical managers and all clinical staff. They are fully responsible for the quality of clinical care delivery to our patients as well as patient satisfaction. The Clinical Director will also be responsible for helping to drive the site’s growth, working in collaboration with marketing and operations and for managing the site’s fiscal responsibilities.


Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Provides leadership to the clinical team by supervising, guiding, and directing employees to be effective team members

  • Ensures that everyone is equipped with the right skills, tools, and talents necessary for executing their duties

  • Provides leadership for clinical services, including defining and refining the clinical service model

  • Ensures ERC Pathlight treatment philosophy is cohesively presented throughout the program

  • Provides counseling and facilitates group activities as needed

  • Continuously monitors delivery of services and care for quality, effectiveness and compliance

  • Participates with Executive Management to ensure quality of services

  • Establishes systems that supports efficient and effective delivery of services

  • Identifies and implements strategy for assigning patients to therapists

  • Develops and implements training protocols

  • Trains and assists staff in setting individual goals and objectives

  • Ensures clinical department’s compliance with HIPAA and Joint Commission

  • Acts as a liaison to other internal departments and to the larger community of Professionals


Must Haves


  • Graduate degree in a mental health field (required)

  • For Colorado locations licensed as Eating Disorder Treatment and Recovery (EDTR) - Clinical Licensure to practice medicine and/or behavioral health services in the State of Colorado (required)

  • 5+ years of working with mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required)

  • If working at an eating disorder location, must have 5+ years of experience working specifically with eating disorders as well as an understanding of the clinical treatment of such disorders (required)

  • 3-5 years of leadership experience (required)

  • An understanding of clinical treatment of mood, anxiety, eating disorders and/or trauma related disorders (required)

  • Proficient in the use Microsoft office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (required)

  • Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) in a supervisory role must have a college degree as well as a minimum of two (2) years of experience working in a childcare setting (required)

  • Teammates working in a Colorado Residential Child Care facility (RCCF) must:

  • be at least twenty-one (21) years of age or

  • be at least eighteen (18) years of age and work directly under the supervision of a teammate over twenty-one (21) years of age (required)


The compensation range for this position is based upon candidate experience and market expectations.


Colorado pay range

$99,000 - $125,000 USD
