Job summary

Carle Health is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to patients across ages and conditions. You will join a collaborative team, support Carle Home Care consultations, and serve on the Diabetes Team to promote comprehensive nutrition care.

The role emphasizes education, menu planning, and ongoing professional development within a respected healthcare system. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in dietetics or related field.
• Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (IDFPR) required.
• Registered Dietitian (RD) - CDR required.

Responsibilities

• Manages nutritional care for patients on assigned units, including screening and MNT.
• Educates pediatric, adolescent, and geriatric patients toward a nutritionally balanced diet.
• Plans patient menus and monitors food quality.
• Utilizes NCM and nutrition resources effectively.
• Prepares patient education materials and mentors dietetic interns.
• Participates in interdisciplinary care conferences with other disciplines.
• Provides in-service training for diet office staff.
