Job summary

You will educate patients and families, monitor responses to therapy, and participate in quality improvement initiatives while adhering to evidence-based dietary practices and safety standards. This role involves overseeing inpatient and outpatient units, rounds, and documentation of care plans and progress.

Qualifications

• Understanding and applying the nutrition care procedure across patient care.
• Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and nutrition services.
• Ability to communicate clearly with patients, families, staff and doctors.
• Capability to work autonomously on designated units.
• Ability to advise and instruct others; familiarity with data and records.

Responsibilities
