Qualifikationen

• Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration or registration eligible.
• If hired in registration eligible status, must pass the RD credentialing exam within 6 months of hire.
• For registration eligible graduates after Jan 1, 2024, completion of a master’s degree by an accredited university.
• ACEND accredited Dietetics program completed.
• State licensure/certification required.
• If licensure required, must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
• Clinical dietetics experience preferred.

• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy to individuals with specialized health conditions or populations.
• Use Nutrition Care Process to deliver complex nutrition care with autonomy and guidance as needed.
• Employ advanced counseling techniques to influence behavior change.
• Utilize nutrition technology for estimating needs and goals.
• Mentor newly graduated dietitians, interns, and clinical diet techs.
• Apply research to improve patient outcomes.
• Implement evidence-based care with interdisciplinary teams and update care practices.
• Manage nutrition care across the continuum and write durable medical equipment orders.
• Maintain RD order-writing privileges per policy.
