Job summary

Morrison Living in Allentown, PA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an SNF setting. You’ll work with a collaborative team and implement individualized care plans to improve patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Dietitian or RD eligible, licensed as required, with healthcare experience or strong clinical training. Monday through Friday schedule offers professional growth and stability.

Qualifications

Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid CDR number or RD eligible.
Licensed Dietitian in the practice state as applicable.
Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with clinical training are welcome.

Responsibilities

Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and nutrition education to patients in acute care.
Develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and health outcomes.
Educate patients, families, staff on nutrition and lifestyle strategies.
Apply evidence-based practice and align with facility protocols.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.
Collaborate with food service teams to support patient satisfaction.
