Qualifications

• Licensed/ Certified Registered Dietitian in Rhode Island.
• Knowledge of RAI, MDS, Care Plans.
• HIPAA privacy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized meal plans.
• Provide nutrition counseling and education to patients on healthy eating habits and lifestyle changes.
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients with specific medical conditions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition and dietetics.
• Provide health coaching to individuals or groups on topics such as weight management, diabetes management, and heart health.
• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify nutritional deficiencies or imbalances.
• Develop and implement tube feeding plans for patients who are unable to consume food orally.
