ThedaCare seeks a Clinic Dietitian, Senior to deliver medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to individuals and groups, supporting nutrition-focused care plans and inpatient nutrition orders as needed. Requirements include RDN/RD credentials and Wisconsin certification or pending eligibility within 90 days.

The Clinic Dietitian, Senior provides medical nutrition therapy (MNT) to individuals and groups for nutrition-related problems, chronic disease management, prevention and well-being. The Clinical Dietitian, Senior assesses nutritional status and develops and implements a comprehensive nutrition care plan. Completes nutrition focused physical assessments to accurately diagnose malnutrition. Supports writing and ordering parenteral and enteral nutrition for all hospitalized patients seven days per week when working inpatient. Participates in the interdisciplinary team providing care coordination, education, and support during the discharge process. Assists with planning, development, and implementation of department programs, policies, and goals.
