PACS in Tampa, FL seeks a Registered Dietitian to perform nutrition reviews and develop dietary care plans for residents. You will collaborate with the Dietary Supervisor and health care team to ensure adherence to federal and state guidelines.

The role emphasizes monitoring nutrition needs, counseling residents, and coordinating with physicians and dietary staff. Strong reading, math, and communication skills are required.

Formación

• Registered Dietitian or Bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition and eligible for the RD Exam.
• Preferable one-year experience in a clinical health care setting or completion of an accredited internship.
• Ability to read technical procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively with managers and employees.

Responsabilidades

• Complete nutritional reviews monthly for residents and significant changes.
• Develop and implement dietary care plans and provide nutritional counseling.
• Monitor food safety, sanitation, and quality standards per regulations.
• Consult with physicians and other health care staff to determine diet restrictions.
