ALIYA Healthcare in Skokie, IL, seeks a dedicated Dietician to join our nutrition team. You will develop personalized nutrition plans, provide one-on-one consultations, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient health and wellness.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nutrition or Dietetics, CDR certification or eligibility, and at least two years of experience, along with strong communication skills to educate patients and families in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field.
• CDR certification or eligibility.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in dietetics or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Knowledge of relevant nutrition standards and guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Conduct patient assessments and create individualized nutrition plans to meet specific health goals.
• Provide one-on-one consultations and education sessions to patients and their families.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans.
• Conduct research and stay up-to-date on the latest nutrition trends and research to inform patient care.
• Develop and maintain patient records and databases.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
