Job summary

Qualifications

• One year of clinical dietetic/nutrition experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree or advanced degree in Food and Nutrition or Dietetics required.
• Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the American Dietetic Association required.
• Nebraska Medical Nutrition Therapist License within one year of hire required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, complete, and implement MDS, CAA, and evidence-based care plans.
• Provide nutrition interventions based on clinical status and interdisciplinary goals.
• Evaluate weight trends, intake, and malnutrition risk to guide care planning.
• Consult with healthcare team regarding resident/patient care and nutrition education.
