Job summary

Huntsville Hospital is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide nutritional consults for patients and support community education when time permits. The dietitian will collaborate with physicians and care teams to tailor nutrition plans for individual patients.

Clinicians operate under the authority of the Director of Food and Nutrition, ensuring adherence to hospital nutrition standards across Marshall Medical Centers’ network.

Job description

The Clinical Dietitian is responsible for providing our patients with nutritional consults. These consults may be performed at the request of the patient and/or physician. Clinical Dietitians also perform community education when time permits.

Clinical Dietitians function under the authority and direct supervision of the Director of Food and Nutrition.

Qualifications

License, registration and/or certification: Registered Dietitian or eligible.
