Job summary

Villa at Beecher Place is seeking a Registered Dietician to join their care team. You will plan patient meals according to care plans, provide nutrition therapy guidance, document intake, and collaborate with the kitchen and nursing staff to meet dietary needs.

The role requires strong communication, knowledge of clinical nutrition, and basic computer skills. Experience in long-term care is a plus, and full-time employment includes health benefits and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in dietetics or nutrition required.
• CADE program completion required.
• Experience in industrial food production preferred.
• Prior experience in a long-term care facility a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan patient meals and update care plans per resident needs.
• Provide nutrition therapy guidance to residents and families.
• Monitor weight changes and intervene as needed for nutrition risk.
• Collaborate with care team to ensure diet plans are followed.
• Assist in menu development and appropriate substitutions.
